Lost or Stolen Card

Report Your Card

Report lost, found, or stolen cards immediately to Timberline Bank at 1-800-331-3757 or through Timberline Bank Digital Banking.

If you believe you have misplaced your card and can view your card within Digital Banking, you should temporarily disable it with the following steps:

1. Log into the Mobile App or web page
2. Click "Menu" and hit "Card Services"
3. Navigate to "Card Controls"
4. Toggle the block card option to "Off"
