It’s just one more way we invest in the neighborhoods where our customers live, work, and connect.

Community Room Reservation Guidelines

To ensure your event is successful and that we can assist in facilitating an excellent experience for you and your guests, we require the following:

  • Capacity: Maximum occupancy is 30 people. 
  • Availability: The Community Room is available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Early access is not permitted.
  • Eligibility: Room use is limited to Timberline Bank business customers, non-profits, schools, and government agencies.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email from reception@timberlinebank.com if your request is approved.
  • Timeline: Submit the completed room request form at least 7 days before your event.
  • Conditions of Use:
    • Room should be left clean and arranged as found.
    • Recurring reservations are not permitted.
    • Requests are subject to availability.
