Timberline Bank’s
No Shave November Challenge

Team leads: Please submit one form for each of your teammates so we have their information and T-shirt sizes. You completed your own form during the initial signup, so you do not need to submit another for yourself. Every participant must have one completed form. Use the exact same team name on every form so everyone is correctly grouped together.

Photo submissions are not required. Everyone will start clean-shaven, then grow a beard or mustache throughout November. Mustaches are welcome this year!
