About Me

David is a proud native of Colorado’s Western Slope and has been helping individuals and families with their home financing since 2005. With experience across a wide range of loan programs—including CHFA, USDA, FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo—he focuses on finding practical solutions that fit each client’s goals. He believes in clear communication, honest advice, and making the mortgage process as simple and stress-free as possible from start to finish.

It is incredibly rewarding for David to serve the community he calls home and to help neighbors, friends, and first-time buyers achieve homeownership. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, as well as taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoors through rock climbing, skiing, hiking, and camping.
