Lost or Stolen Card

Report Your Card

Report lost, found, or stolen cards immediately to Timberline Bank at 970-683-5560 or 800-472-3272 after business hours.

If you believe you have misplaced your card and would like to temporarily disable it you can:

1. Log into the Mobile App
2. Choose the Manage My Cards option
3. Toggle the Block Card option to On

If you are unable to locate your missing card please report it as soon as possible using the phone numbers above.
